Rules
The VPL competition is created to provide fun for all the fans Proclub 11 vs 11
Fun is the our philosophy and portal management must be equally Simple, Practical and
Entertaining.
The VPL is also seriousness, and the Federation doesn’t tolerate indifference, nobody is
forced to do anything, but ... when you decide to be part of that community you must
comply with the Mandatory Rules to avoid being get away!
General Rules
- To participate in the VPL competition, all captains and players comply with the written
rules below.
- Participating in the VPL competitions Club and Player have accepted the following rules.
- All complaints regarding the competition will be determined by reading the rules and
these can not be ignored once the Club are validated to the VPL Federation.
- This Regulation must be read and applied to all the clubs and the player involved in our
competitions.
- Examination and application of the various points are the responsibility of the Manager of
the Club.
1. Conditions of acceptance of a player in the league or cup VPL:
- Each player may only have one club at a time; (1 manager)
- Each player can have only one account on the VPL;
- A member of the VPL Player Manager is obliged to write his PSN / GAMERTAG / ORIGIN
exact account as the username of the website,any browser, not IDENTICAL to the tag of
your player, will bring penalties to the team in terms of ranking.
2. Requirements Cups:
The Club to play the super/ premier league must have the following requirements:
Minimum 11 Player Members - 6 In the field
LIMIT PLAYERS: 30

3. Time Match
- The match will be disputed before the expiry of it. You can check through the MY
CALENDAR page
The hours of the meetings will vary depending on the club's origin. - league day - every tuesday
- league match time - 11.00pm - 11.30 pm
4. Agreements Matches
- Agreements match will be taken on the Management VPL Manager; every manager will
write in the "encounter chat page", to offer day and time for the match dispute.
- Tools agreements Extras: Any type of external agreement (discord,whatsapp, facebook,)
will be taken in consideration in case of communication problems between the team
captains.
- No agreements: If neither of the two captains writes in the chord section of the
Management, the game will be played on Tuesday default as rules say; In the case of a
match not played, the staff will have the right to decide the fortunes assigning reprimand or
penalty points to the Club.
- Server Issues: If you experience network bugs or game server updates, the staff reserves
the right to postpone one or more not played matches because of these drawbacks.
- Agreements Methodologies The games must be disputed in the schedule of pre-arranged
5. Pre-Match
- The home team has the responsibility to invite the opposing team;
- Managers must ensure the time and the day of the match;
A delay of 10 minutes is tolerated,it is advisable to send an opponent communication for
any delay (eg. Bugs room, player disconnection, server load issues, all to give RESPECT
opponent);
In case of delay of 11 minutes more, you can send a check for meeting on the
VPL Manager; then the staff will decide whether to accept the report or not, as far as
possible;
- There will be no match connection test. You can still agree with the opposing captain for
a quick connection test, maximum 2.5 minutes of game per clubs with a total of 5 minutes.
The game will start at minute 0 ', when it takes the kickoff. In the event of a crash of a
player in the first 5 'minutes or relative lag, a team can go out regularly replaying the
match. In case of withdrawal after 5 'minutes, the team that has dropped lose by forfeit.
- Each club has a maximum of 1 Connection attempts,the 2nd attempt the game shall
proceed without abandon. - Only 1 postpone ticket for each team. (allow 2 hour before kick off)

6. Management of the meeting and complaints
- In case of problems related to any kind of fraud (eg player not registered,
unsportsmanlike play on the goalkeeper, any bugs or glitches game) the game will be
played entirely, the claim demand must be presented in the section referred to VPL
Manager on the page of your meeting with the evidence card holder attached
to it, otherwise it will not be considered (must present a video clip with DVR, Twitch, video
Smartphone or screenshots and specify minutes and seconds to facilitate the check by the
staff); if the staff holds the truthfulness of the claim, it will assign penalty points and / or any
disqualification to the captains of the club reported.
- All acts of anti-game events at the goalkeeper voluntarily are forbidden (ie the
punishment), the Club is subject to sanctions, this can range from a warning to penalty
points.
- Complaints, in order to be valid, must be reported no later than 2 hours after completion
of the Final Report.
- Every manager must complete the report within 12 hours of the dispute of the match,
indicating all the players who participated and assigning to all the game data (tags, goal,
assist);
Managers who do not meet the report within the period specified above, will see the club
sanctioned with a warning and penalty points; -If the team did not provide the link streaming/picture score board in their matching room
within 12 hour will be counted lose to 1-0
7. Disciplinary Player
- The accumulation of red cards is under the control of the Manager of the Club.
- The suspension from the match comes to achieving 1 red Cards;
- In case of missed signaling of the card in the report game, the Captain can be suspended
to the next game. - Its not allowed, even if the game engine allow to do it, charging moving and bugging
opposite goalkeeper on any type of free kick, corner etc.
- You have to provide a video as proof on ticket protest (streaming recorded video work
fine) that there was a clear charge on keeper.
- Depending on the severity of the charge a team can ask for cancellation of the result of a
match during which the opposite team has taken advantage for a charge on the goalkeeper.
- The match can be re-played or in case of charges without awareness and repeated in time
, lost by 1-0
8. Market and engagements:
- All options on the player contracts are visible through the VPL Manager.
- Each player signs a contract for a set period of time with the club;
- Each player can change any clubs he wants during the season;
- A club can recruit a player at any time in accordance with the contracts during the open or
Repair Market;
- A player can break free in 2 ways:In the open market by agreeing on the output with the
captain or finishing his contract.
9. Packages and abandonment:
- A team forfeit over days consecutive will be declared overall package;
- In case of general package all games played and not played will be assigned won to their
opponents for 1-0;
- A manager who gives the team forfeit must justify it with he Administration;
- A manager whose team will abandon,must justify with the Administration;
- The leaving or forfait will be subject to sanctions for the Manager and / or players; These
penalties will be determined by a meeting that will be created for the occasion;
- If for any reason a Club sees its small rose less than the minimum requirements, it will be
disqualified and will be given lost all its matches;
- If a team withdraws from the competition BEFORE having played 51% of matches in the
league, the 6 points to ALL teams will be awarded. In case of withdrawal after 51% of games
played, you will be awarded 6 points at a table only to teams that had not yet addressed
the team retires.
- In Elimination Phase, in the case of Forfait, the team will be automatically eliminated from
the competition.
- In case of withdrawal of the team from a competition, both players and managers, will be
released by the club itself and can be purchased by other active clubs at the market
opening.
11. Player appearance
- Only goalkeepers is allowed to use long pant
- woman body player is not allow (**automatic lose 1-0)

- win : 3 point
- lose : 0 point
- draw : 1 point
13. Fair play and the general conduct:
To ensure smooth progress in competitions, we should invite the players and managers not
to talk if they don’t agree, but we invite themselves to compliment or encourage each one
if necessary;
Staff is required to RESPECT these Rules.

IV.) IF YOUR PLAYERS ARE STUCK AT KICKOFF, TELL THEM TO PRESS START AND LET THE AI
TAKE OVER FIRST.
V.) IF YOUR PLAYERS ARE STUCK AND YOU HAVE PS5 CONSOLE PLAYER, GET THEM TO
